Is there a minimum order?

No, you may order one of any product.  There will be an art charge for custom orders for one item.
 

What is an art charge?

An art charge is for any custom order depending on the product. We will size the photo to fit the product. We will
enhance the colors if needed. You will receive an email of the proof before we do the work. This is a one time charge for that individual picture.  You may reorder with no art charge for that same picture.

How long to process my order?

Depending on the size of the order and in stock products, your order should be shipped in 2-3 weeks.  We will let you know if it's longer.
 

Can you rush my order?

Please specify in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
 

Do you stock everything that you list on your site?

Almost everything you see on the site is held in stock.  For the items that are not in stock, we can usually get in in 5 business days.
 

How are orders sent?

All orders we be sent using UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
 

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted on defective items only.  Please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace your order.  Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will gladly reproduce your order if we made a mistake on our end.
